A film by Jorge Aguilera

(Mexico, 2002, 80min. In Spanish with English subtitles)

Dalia accidentally dies at age six, and her mother, father and brother find ways of eluding the pain. Eleven years later, the memory returns and each one must reassume the suffering at the exact point where they left off. Aguilera's highly stylized filmmaking examines the disintegration of a family in today's modern society. This remarkable opera prima earned four nominations for the Ariel awards, given by the Mexican Film Academy.
