Cinema Tropical, a dynamic non-profit film organization, has two desk spaces available to rent in bright Noho office located in the gorgeous and historic Cable Building. The office has high ceilings, lots of light (southern exposure), and a view of downtown Manhattan. The location couldn't be better: we are on the corner of Houston and Broadway (easily accessible by the 4,5,6, 1,2,3, R and F trains).

The building has 24/7 security and can be accessed at any time, including weekends and late nights. There are three main elevators and freight elevator and restrooms are available on the same floor, accessible with a key.

$500 monthly rent per desk (they can each be rented separately or together). WiFi and utilities are included in the rent.
