Eugenio Derbez, Rita Moreno, and Eiza González to Present at the Oscars

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has announced additional names of talent that will act as presenters at the 90th edition of the Academy Awards and includes Mexican actors Eugenio Derbez and Eiza González, and Puerto Rican actress Rita Moreno. They joined Chilean trans actress Daniela Vega, as well as Mexican Gael García Bernal and Natalia Lafourcade, who will perform the nominated song from animated film Coco.

Derbez most recently starred in How to Be a Latin Lover (2017) and Miracles from Heaven (2016). His credits also include Instructions Not Included (2013) and Under the Same Moon (2007). He will next appear in Overboard and The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. González starred in the Oscar-nominated Baby Driver (2017). She will next appear in Alita: Battle Angel, Highway and The Women of Marwen.

Moreno won an Oscar for Actress in a Supporting Role for West Side Story (1961). Additionally, she appeared in the Oscar-winning film The King and I (1956), as well as the Oscar-nominated films Carnal Knowledge (1971), Summer and Smoke (1961) and Singin’ in the Rain (1952). Her extensive body of work also includes Rio 2 (2014), The Four Seasons (1981) and The Ritz (1976).

The 90th annual Academy Awards will be telecasted this Sunday, March 4 from Hollywood, California.
