Rodrigo Bellott and Natalie Morales Nab GLAAD Media Awards Nominations

Bolivian director Rodrigo Bellott and Cuban-American director Natalie Morales have been announced as nominees for Outstanding Film in Limited Release in the 33rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards for their respective films Tu Me Manques (I Miss You) and Plan B.

Starring Argentine actor Óscar Martínez and Spanish actress Rossy de Palma, Tu Me Manques (I Miss You) tells the story of a traditional Bolivian father, who after his son's suicide, travels to New York City and goes in search of answers that will change his life forever.

In Plan B, after a regrettable sexual encounter, a straight-laced student and her best friend have 24 hours to hunt down a Plan B pill in South Dakota. Morales’ film stars Kuhoo Verma and Victoria Moroles. The winners of the 33rd GLAAD Media Awards, recognizing and honoring media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community and the issues that affect their lives, will be announced during two separate ceremonies, in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 2, and in New York on Friday, May 6, 2022.
