Two Films from Argentina and One from Brazil Headed to Cannes' Critics Week


The International Critics' Week, celebrating its 50th edition, announced today the lineup of this year's edition that, as always, is composed seven feature films and seven short films. Argentine film Las acacias by first-time director Pablo Giorgelli was the only Latin American film selected for the feature film competition, whilst the Argentine film La inviolabilidad del domicilio se basa en el hombre que aparece empuñando un hacha directed by Uruguayan-born Alex Piperni and the Brazilian film Permanencias by Ricardo Alves Junior were selected for the short film competition.
