Watch the Chilean Oscar Nominated Animated Short BESTIA

Bestia by Hugo Covarrubias and Tevo Díaz became this week the second Chilean film to be nominated for an Oscar for Best Short Film (Animated), after Bear Story / Historia de un oso by Gabriel Osorio in 2016. The short film had its world premiere at the Annecy Film Festival last June, where it won the top prize, and it has had a very successful international run playing at numerous film festivals including Sundance, Clermont-Ferrand, and Guadalajara.
