A woman must resort to prostitution to make a living, most of which ends up going to a mafia boss, who exploits her under the guise of protection. She’s good at what she does, a job she landed in by mistake, out of love. Her dream of escaping this world is shattered by her daughter’s illness and addiction to a pharmaceutical drug. Hope is lost until an unexpected incident allows her to break free from her captor and seek justice with her own hands.
