Argentina Selects THE DISTINGUISHED CITIZEN For Academy Awards

Argentina has selected The Distinguished Citizen / El ciudadano ilustre to represent the country for this year’s Academy Awards Foreign Language category. The Argentine-Spanish coproduction directed by Gastón Duprat and Mariano Cohn participated in the official competition of the Venice Film Festival few weeks ago, where its protagonist Óscar Martínez was awarded with the Best Actor prize.
